He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Manly and Frances Felter Vissering; and his sister Nancy Freeman (John). He is survived by: his children, Andrew Robert, Shelby Lynn and Patrick James Vissering; and his sisters, Patricia Vissering, Christine Vissering and Lisa Hovde. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
