She was predeceased by: her parents, Roby Bumgarner and Bessie Sipes Bumgarner; her husband Billy Junior Baxter, Sr.; and her siblings, Nancy Teague, Homer Bumgarner and John Bumgarner.
She is survived by: her children, Teddy Dwayne Baxter (Amanda) of Maiden, NC, Billy Junior Baxter II (Rhonda) of Mooresville and Scotty Lane Baxter of Mooresville; and her siblings, Gail Bumgarner and Russell Bumgarner (Lynn). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
