He is survived by: his wife Debbie Tevepaugh Johnson; his son Rev. Mike Johnson (Monica); his sisters, Mary Lee Cline (Jim), Alma Estes, Shirley Johnson (Lynn) and Dorothy Head; and his pet Molly.
