We are sad to announce that on January 9, 2024, at the age of 83, Vera Ann Humphrey (Mooresville, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, C. T. Humphrey and Evelyn Amick Humphrey of Mooresville; her brothers, Robert T. Humphrey (Bobby) and Donald R. Humphrey; her nephew Johnny Johnson; and her pet Jane.
She is survived by: her sister Sylvia Elaine Johnson; her close friends, Alice Lee and Liz Whitlow; her sister-in-law Dianne Humphrey; her nieces, Gina Moore (Charles) and Karen Stiles (Graham); her nephew Tim Johnson (Dianne); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Daniel T. Johnson (Vivian), Kensley Blalock (Isaac), Amy Moore (Ty Houser), Lily Stiles, Olivia Stiles, Evan Johnson and Eric Johnson; her friend Pam Phipps (Steve Ferguson); and also, Arianna Johnson, Lucy Noel Blalock and Chase Johnson.
