It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tommy Wayne Smith (Mooresville, North Carolina), who passed away on March 16, 2019, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Roger Smith, Mitchell Smith and Lisa Smith. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Rooney Smith; his children, Casey Smith and Jason Smith (Yvette); his brother Eddie Smith (Linda); his aunt Shirley Mullis; and his grandchildren, Tyler Vanwormer and Trey LaPolice.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that funds may be made to Cavin-Cook Funeral Home to help with the funeral expenses.
