He was predeceased by: his parent Kinsey Thomas Bare. He is survived by: his parent Fannie Mae Hamby Bare; his wife Crystal B. Bare; his daughter Melissa Howe of Salisbury; his siblings, Donnie Bare of Advance and Teresa Aykers; his mother-in-law Carol Hendrick (Lonnie) of Kannapolis; his brother-in-law Kevin Bare of Fort Mill, SC; and his stepbrother Bobby Hamby of Glendale Springs, NC..

The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to Kirkwood Presbyterian Church, 900 Klondale Ave, Kannapolis, NC 28081.
