He is survived by: his father Robert Leazer, Jr.; his stepmother Linda Leazer; his son Michael Leazer (Becky); his sister Pam Leazer; his stepsiblings, Tammy Brigman (Derrick), Robin Smith (Brent) and Joe Tyler; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Benjamin and Olivia; and his cousin Kevin Poole. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
