She is survived by: her children, Michael York (Melissa), Chris York (Candice) and Kelly York; her brother Jeff Hayes; and her grandchildren, Misty York, Andrew York and Riley York.

Terri was an active supporter of Breast Cancer and Alzheimer's Awareness.
