He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted E. Wingo Sr. and Louise Ellerbe Wingo. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Houston Wingo "Sandy"; his daughter Jilda Ramsay (Rob) of Cleveland, NC; his stepdaughter Anna Holloway (Ken); and his grandchildren, Tyler Hollloway, Kelsey Holloway, Matthew Ramsay and Mallory Ramsay.
