He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Darbert Bailey and Lois Eveon Brackett Bailey; and his brother Gary Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Baxter Bailey; his son Terry Bailey; and his sister Dianne Bailey Hager. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
