He is survived by: his siblings, Archie Eugene McLelland, Russell Brian McLelland, Elizabeth Geraldine McLelland-McDade, Joy Lynn McLelland-Garnett and Ginger Kay McLelland; his wife Viola McLelland; and his children, Jason, Jerame, Marshall, Andre, Ontario, Aaron and Candi. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
