She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Michael and Lucille Ewing Michael; her husbands, Tommy Lee McNeill, Jr. and Dwight Blan Hartley; and her brothers, Jack, Jim and Charles Michael.
She is survived by: her children, Kay Abernethy, Mark Gurley (Vicki), Michael Gurley (Annette) and Tommy McNeill; her siblings, Mable Richardson, Charlotte Reynolds (Tim), Kenneth Michael (Donna) and Hugh Michael (Ladonna); her grandchildren, Alicia Gurley (Stanton Kidd), Robby Gurley and Hayden Gurley; and her former husband Robert "Bob" Gurley.
