She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Eury and Jean Eury; her husband Danny Earnhardt, Sr.; and her brother Barry Eury. She is survived by: her son Danny Earnhardt, Jr. (Sarah); her grandchildren, Nash and Miles; her siblings, Judy Lippard (David) and Tony Eury Sr. (Lynne); her sisters-in-law, Cathy Earnhardt Watkins (Mike) and Kaye Earnhardt Snipes; and her pet Kasey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family asks that donations be made to The Humane Society in Sherry's memory.
