He was predeceased by: his son David Lee Gatten. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A Gatten of Mooresville; and his son Sheldon Lynn Gatten (Mitzie) of Myrtle Beach. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
