We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2020, at the age of 85, Ruth Archer Barnette of Mooresville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl M. Archer and Effie Stutts Archer; and her siblings, U. L., Clifford Archer, Margaret A. Ewart, Wilma A. Hardy, Ira A. Gryder, Ethel A. Johnson and Gladys A. Meadows.
She is survived by: her husband S. M. Barnette; her daughter Cynthia "Cindy" Barnette Roberts (Ricky); her sister Virginia A. Childress; her granddaughter Hannah Roberts (Dalton Follrod); and her nieces, Gina, Cathy and Cindy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
