We are sad to announce that on August 24, 2021, at the age of 97, Ruby McFarland of Mooresville, North Carolina, born in Charlotte, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Sills and Mary Quidley Sills; her husband Guy Witherspoon McFarland; and her sister Gladys Sills Deese. She is survived by: her children, Toni Murdock (Kerry), Judy Blakely (Bob), Sandy McFarland (Bettie) and Marylou McFarland; her grandchildren, Stacey Murdock (Pete Brower), Emily McFarland, Ashley McFarland and Nicholas McFarland; and her great grandchildren, Anderson Kirk and Parker Brower.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
