He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jones English; his children, Michael English of Rehoboth Beach, DE, Patricia English-Mirabelli (Albert) of St. Johns and Leslie Santiago (Hector) of Atlanta; and his grandchildren, Christopher DiBernard, Greg Roberts and Theresa Roberts.
