He is survived by: his wife Linda Lambert Freeze; his children, Michelle Freeze, Ryan Freeze (Brenda) and Nicole Freeze Whitehead (Jon); his sister Carol Ann Lodin; his grandchildren, Madison, Lindsy Whitehead, Ashley, Arron and Kayla Freeze; and his great grandchildren, Daniel and Peyton Freeze.
