He is survived by: his mother Doris Goodman Walden of Cleveland, NC; his children, Brandon Garrison of Troutman, NC, Andrew Garrison of Cleveland, NC and Hannah Garrison; his grandson Joshua Cauthen Jr. of Clemmons, NC; and his sisters, Darlene Harris of Salisbury, NC and Teresa Tino of China Grove, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
