He was predeceased by: his siblings, Price Brawley, Allman Brawley, Geneva B. Harrell, Sara B. Wheeler and Ruth B. Callison.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Brawley (Sherrill); his children, Rebecca Thompson (Brawley) and Bradley R. Brawley; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Nanney (Hunter), Avery Thompson of Katy Thompson and Jeffrey Brawley of Will Thompson; and his brother James W. Brawley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
