She was predeceased by: her father Hiram Sloop; her husband James L. Thompson; and her siblings, Joyce Wiggins, Virginia Cranford, Ozell Burrell, Basil Sloop, Haskel Sloop and Bill Sloop.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Thompson (Gail) and Debbie Jones (Mike Robinson); her grandchildren, Brian Thompson (Amanda), Eric Thompson (Asheli), Emily McAuley (Mark) and Allison Jones (Charles Burlacu); and her great grandchildren, Hannah, Macy, Anna Claire, Madelyn, Jake, Kaylee and Adalyn. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
