She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Keith Clark; and her sister Sharon Tandy. She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie C. Johnson and Lisa S. Clark; and her grandchildren, Ryan C. Spivey, Kaitlyn W. Moore and Kanchan A. Bell. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
