He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Payton and Helen Henry Payton; his son Paul Warren, Jr.; his brother Robert Ebie; and his grandson Dominic Payton.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberley Walkup Payton; his children, Shelley Malcomb, Stasia Giles (David) and Paula Payton (Rob Lockhart); his siblings, Ruth Marker (Glenn) and David Ebie; his grandchildren, Joshua Malcomb, Benjamin Payton, Nathan, Gabriel Giles and Payton Lockhart; and his great grandchild Zac Payton. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and his fur babies.
