He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Paul Sherrill and Vera Turner Cannon; his wife Helen Little Sherrill; his brothers, Harold and Buddy Sherrill; and his granddaughter Courtney Graham.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Sherrill Fortner (Craig) and Tammy Renee Wilkerson (Gilbert); his stepchildren, Cindy Triece (Doug) and Darrell Graham (Taffy); and his brother Charles Sherrill. He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
