She was predeceased by: her parents, Odell Haire and Nellie Sherrill Haire; her son Franklin "Frankie" D Meadows, Jr.; and her siblings, Margaret Troutman, Martha Oliphant, William "Bill" E. Haire and Con Haire.
She is survived by: her husband Franklin D Meadows; her daughters, Debbie Sherrill (Brent) and Tammie Sullivan (Larry); her grandchildren, Jeremy Sherrill (Helga), Jessica Galagan (Stephen), Timothy Sullivan (Lauren) and Jenna Sullivan; her great grandchildren, Nolan, Keaton, Anderson, Landon, Cailin, Carson and Curtis; and her great great grandchild Jay. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
