We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2019, at the age of 83, Patsy Carter (Mooresville, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Thais Hart, Thelma Caldwell, Sarah "Boots" Craig and Hal Blackwelder. She is survived by: her husband Duane; her children, Pam Mason (Perry), Connie Poore (Jeff) and Derek Carter; her grandchildren, Shannon Woodall (Josh), Erin Poore, Anna Smith (Josh), Hannah Goodman Brad Mason (Colby), Andy Poore, Ashley Laurel (John) and Adam Poore; and her pet Boo.
