He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" Moran and Mary Coll Moran; and his brothers, Francis Moran and Peter Moran. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Melamedorf Moran; his children, Timothy Moran, Kerry Rigby (Richard) and John F. Moriarty, III; his grandchildren, Caitlin and Brian; and his great grandchild Haley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
