She was predeceased by: her parents, Kermit Shumaker and Vera Verble Shumaker; her brothers, Bobby Shumaker and Randy Shumaker; and her grandson Jerimy Beeker.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas J. Hager; her children, Tammy Ragan (Richard) and Todd Hager (Kristy); her brother Michael "Mickey" Shumaker (Barbara); and her grandchildren, Haley Gregory, Jonathan Hager and Brittany Ragan. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
