She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Heavner and Jamie Heavner; her sister Barbara Smith (Lonnie); her grandchildren, Dalton Keller, Kimberly Keller and Joseph A. Heavner, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Hayden Keller and Stevie Rae Brown; and her niece Renee Smith.
