He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Larry Byers; his children, Chris Byers (Tracie) and Jennifer Lieske (Charles); the mother of his children Deborah Huntley James; his brother Steve Byers; his grandchildren, Jordan and Caden Byers of Morgan Lieske; and his close friend Lee Beth Lindquist.
