He is survived by: his mother Laurie Nelson of The Dalles, OR; his sister Kayla Zeigler; his nephew Jaxson Zeigler; his niece Charlotte Zeigler; his grandparents, Walt and Beth Smith of The Dalles, OR; his cousins, Melissa Gaither, Beige Nelson-Cokely and Heather Nelson of Portland, OR; his aunts and uncles, Debbie Jones of Portland, OR, Kathy Smith of Portland, OR, Connie Krummrich of The Dalles, OR, Gary Smith of The Dalles, OR, Long and Jeff Neuendorf of Mooresville, NC; and his brother Andrew Holloway (Cynthia Cantor).
In lieu of flowers, Andy's family requests memorials to two organizations; the Cajun Army to help victims of the recent hurricanes or to Randall Children's Hospital at Emmanuel who gifted us 39 years with Andy.
