She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Speedy and Jennie Douds Speedy; her husband Robert "Bob" Smith; and her siblings, Nannetta Householder, Elizabeth Bunner, Norma Areford, Janet Huffman, Edna Cronin, Robert Speedy, Charles Speedy, James Speedy and John Speedy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Cody and Susan Collette (Joel); her stepchildren, Sandra Endicott, Michael Smith and Lynda Woods; and her brother Ormand "Pete" Speedy. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
