She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Walker Fulford Jr.; her son Carl Walker Fulford III; and her siblings, Shirley Dunkelburger, Lorraine Erway, Peggy Chilson, Kitty Powell and Carl B. Loud.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Fulford Eakins; her grandchildren, Tim Fulford, Kevin Eakins and Stephanie Meyer (Bruce); and her great grandchildren, Rebecca Holland and Hudson Meyer.
