He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Douglas and Alene Douglas; his son Morris Edward; and his brother Harry Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Stovall Douglas; his daughters, Donna Burchett (Jeff) and Denise Hayes (Terry); his grandchildren, Doug Hayes, Peyton Hayes, Blake Burchett, Brooke and Bailey Burchett; his great grandchild Landyn Hayes; and his brother Lonnie Douglas (Darla) of Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
