He is survived by: his wife Frances Robinson Lowder; his daughters, Lora Lowder, Tammy Lowder and Debra Lowder; his stepsons, Tony Robinson and Doug Robinson; and his siblings, Gene Lowder and Shirley Smith. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
