He was predeceased by: his parents, Vito Rizzo and Olga Maurer Rizzo; and his brothers, Lou and Aldo Rizzo. He is survived by: his wife Vilma Cavazzini Rizzo; his children, Robert Rizzo (Joanne), Rita Rizzo (Toshi) and Donald Rizzo (Ann Marie); his grandchildren, Mark, Natalie, Kimberly, Michael and Deanna; and his great grandchild Mason.
