He is survived by: his wife Doris Hager Danyels; his sons, Richard "Rick" Danyels (Karen), Timothy "Tim" Danyels (Nancy) and David Danyels; and his siblings, Brenda Brackett (Larry) and Chuck Danyels (Vickie). He is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
