He was predeceased by: his nephew Walker Scott Pettigrew; his grandfathers, Dhurword Pettigrew, Sr. and Fred Peters; and his uncle Timothy Rocco. He is survived by: his wife Katie Pettigrew; his sons, Grayson and Asher; his parents, Karen Luczak and Dhurword "Dag" Pettigrew; his sister Jessica Walker; his grandmothers, Nancy Peters and Alice Abbott; his parents-in-law, Jane Esposito Levine, Jeffrey Levine and Dennis Kobal; and his niece Miranda Walker. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, cousins, sister & brother-in-laws, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Even in his death he will help to continue the life of others through organ donation, including passing on his strong heart.
