It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Katherine Cashion Woods of Mooresville, North Carolina, who passed away on July 29, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley E. Cashion and Zella Beaver Cashion; her husband A. W. Woods, Jr.; her grandson Andrew Richard Woods; and her brothers, James Edmund Cashion and Harold E. Cashion.

She is survived by: her sons, William A. "Bill" Woods (Janice) of Charlotte and Richard E. Woods (Suzanne) of Mooresville; her granddaughters, Leahanne Woods and Emily Daniel; and her great grandchildren, Joseph, Owen, Cameron Louise and William.
