She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Harold and Diane Sloop Cook. She is survived by: her husband Eric Decker; her son Chase Alan Decker (Carina); her sisters, Renee Smawley (Tracy) and Rhonda Cook Kee; and her nieces and nephews, Joshua, Alyssa, Jamie, Joey, Jayson, Mckenna, Nicole, Shawn, Davina and Aazie.
