It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mabel Roach of Mooresville, North Carolina, born in Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on August 24, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn M. Benton and Lena Wheeler Benton; her husband Jack W. Roach; and her siblings, Glenn M. Benton, William H. Benton, Jack Benton, Betty Lou Rose Benton and Helen B. Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Glenda R. Stutts (Johnny), Judy R. Ortega (Louis), Keith Roach (Deborah) and Ronald S. Roach (Patsy); her sister Carol B. Wilson (Pete); her grandchildren, Stacey S. Faulkenberry (Neil), Jayson Stutts (Jodi), Patrick Stutts (Mary Beth), Tara Wolf (Craig), Bryan Roach, Mark Ortega and Matthew Roach; and her great grandchildren, David, Rachel, John Faulkenberry, Avery, Emmy Stutts, Zaviera Wolf, Howard and Wylie Stutts.
