He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Franklin Williams, Jr. and Phyllis Marzela Williams. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Stewart Williams; his sons, Louis F. Williams, IV and John T. Williams (Amanda); his siblings, Evia Sloop (Sonny), Elaine Lowery, Laura Neely (Ronnie), Virginia "Ginny" Wingate (Charlie), Dorcas Krug (Kevin), David Williams and Harold; and his sister-in-law Mary Stewart. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
