He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Max and Ruth Jones Chapman; and his brother Thomas Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Denise Paige Chapman; his children, Summer Chapman and Steven Chapman (Reiko); his siblings, Sharon Chapman and Paul Chapman (Gail); his sister-in-law Susan Chapman; his grandchildren, Chase, Seth and Irelynn; and his pets, Tank and Gage. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
