It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lisa Michelle Downum of Mooresville, North Carolina, born in Cheverly, Maryland, who passed away on May 24, 2023, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Donald Kramer; and her brother Steve Kramer. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Miles Kramer; her husband Allen Downum; her sons, Allen Downum, Andrew Downum and Adam Downum; and her brothers, Wayne Kramer, Gary Kramer and Kevin Kramer. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
