He is survived by: his wife Betty Outlaw; his children, Lindsey and Logan Outlaw; his mother Thelma Louise Outlaw of Roxboro; his grandmother Augusta Outlaw of Roxboro; and his siblings, Gerald Outlaw (Nicole) of Roxboro and Chanier Outlaw of Roxboro. He is also survived by relatives, friends.
