He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Neal Knox and Pauline Oliphant Knox; and his brother-in-law Larry Robinson. He is survived by: his sister Carol Knox Robinson; his nieces, Jennifer Bagby (Rick) and Ashley Houk (Scott); and his nephew Payton.
