It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lee Araps of Mooresville, North Carolina, who passed away on April 6, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Araps and Thekla Araps; and his siblings, Thomas Araps, George Araps, Irene Peterson and Anastasia Petrow.
He is survived by: his wife Meryl Araps; his children, Stephen Araps (Eileen), Diane Araps, Lauren Spatig and George Araps; and his grandchildren, Samantha Lenz (David Lenz), Alexandra Barteldt, Michael Araps, Andrea Spatig and Emma Spatig. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
