It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Oliver Stanley of Mooresville, North Carolina, who passed away on March 21, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Stanley and Hannah Stanley; his wife Bobbie Hager Stanley; and his sister Carolyn Martin. He is survived by: his children, Dianne Carver and Cyndi Stanley; his grandchildren, Todd Carver (Tracie), Melinda Carver (Michael), Angie McGuffin (Colin), Shannon Freeland (Darian) and Aleha McGowan (Tim); his great grandchildren, Mason Carver, Onna Terry, Austin Freeland, Olivia Carver, Josh Freeland, Nathan McGowan and Abby Freeland; and his great great grandchild Ellie Freeland (Barbara Smith). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
