He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Patrick Fulks and Cassie Lee Crigger Fulks; and his siblings, Drexel, Donnie Fulks and Almeda Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Fultz; his daughters, Presley Howlett (Brian) of Mt Pleasant, SC and Katherine Hiteshue (Kurt) of Mooresville; his grandchildren, Evan, Hannah, Morgan, Lauren Rosier, Emma, Madeline and Wilson Hiteshue; his siblings, Randall Fultz (Nancy), Ronnie Fulks (Linda), Jean Hanson and Glenda Cassell (Jerl); and his siblings-in-law, Donald Baker and Elizabeth Fulks.
