It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Pettigrew Luczak in Mooresville, North Carolina, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on September 9, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Peters and Nancy Peters; her grandson Walker Scott Pettigrew; and her son Matthew Grayson Pettigrew. She is survived by: her daughter Jessica Walker Hawk; her sons-in-law, Leonard Hawk and Douglas Walker Jr.; her granddaughter Miranda Walker of Girard; her daughter-in-law Katie Pettigrew; her grandsons, Grayson of Mooresville and Asher Pettigrew of Mooresville; her cousin Dana Heim (Scott); and her close friend Nancy Morrison.
